Our crew produces Finger Lakes cider, perry, vinegars and shrubs using wild fermentation and minimal intervention. Our fruit is grown and harvested on the two small orchards we planted in Ovid. We tend to a riotous mix of unique fruit types and varieties including many small fruits, nuts, vines and tree fruits. We manage both orchards with a “beyond organic” approach and sell many of our fruits for fresh sales. A small family farm producing real food and beverages!
