Join the Blackduck Cidery Bottle Crew –
It’s back for year 2! We’ve been growing fruit for 20+ years and commercially fermenting for 10 – time to rally our peeps to share the best cider & perry bottles we tuck away each year. We are offering limited memberships for the 2024 season. We’re excited to share our orchards with you!
Crew members will get first dibs on our Cassette Deck series and other unique small lot batches of our wild fermented fruit beverages. Some of the tasty standards may come your way with the possibility of 2 different vintages of the same cider/perry. No doubles will be in the shares.
Shares will be disseminated TWICE per year – May (17, 18, 19) & September (20, 21, 22) Folks can pickup their share on any one of the 3 days listed for each of the 2 pickup months.
Cider/Perry Bottle Crew. Sign up for one year that will include two local bottle pick-ups: May & September at the cidery or at the Ithaca Farmer’s Market.* The share also includes a free flight at the tasting room during pick-up along with an orchard tour and a few special surprises during pickup; a free glass of any beverage of your choice when you visit any other time throughout 2024; 10% off any purchase from Blackduck in 2024; emails about random Blackduck happenings and orchard updates.When you pickup at the Cidery, that is a great time to visit the Finger Lakes Cider Trail.
Vinegar Bottle Crew. Enjoy Blackduck’s fermented beverages converted into acetic acid (vinegar). Enjoy pear, apple and variations of fruited and herbed vinegars. Each share will receive a concentrated shrub and/or Pyre Pyrus (pear’s equivalent to ‘fire cider’ only delightfully palatable!) in the year.
