Description
A large blend of apple varieties goes into our apple cider vinegar. A bit more tannic than the typical blends.
Quality vinegar starts with the best fruit we can grow in the Finger Lakes. The fruit is fermented to dryness and than we allow a second fermentation which converts alcohol into acetic acid (vinegar). We age and lightly strain the final product, while leaving the mother in the vinegar. Healthy and delicious! 12.5 oz. bottle
