100% pear.
Quality vinegar starts with the best fruit we can grow in the Finger Lakes. The fruit is fermented to dryness and than we allow a second fermentation which converts alcohol into acetic acid (vinegar). We lightly strain the final product and leave the mother in the vinegar. Healthy and delicious! 12.5 ounce

This is the best apple cider vinegar that we have ever had. It is smooth and is actually quite enjoyable to drink first thing in the morning. I wish you sold it in larger size.
