Blend of our high tunnel grown black raspberries and apples. Dark fruit flavors with a touch of perceived tannins.

Quality vinegar starts with the best fruit we can grow in the Finger Lakes.  The fruit is fermented to dryness and than we allow a second fermentation which converts alcohol into acetic acid (vinegar).  We age and lightly strain the final product, while leaving the mother in the vinegar.   Healthy and delicious!    12.5 oz. bottle
