Farm grown lemon balm infused in our pear vinegar. Intense lemon aroma and flavors.
Quality vinegar starts with the best fruit we can grow in the Finger Lakes. The fruit is fermented to dryness and than we allow a second fermentation which converts alcohol into acetic acid (vinegar). We age and lightly strain the final product, while leaving the mother in the vinegar. Healthy and delicious! 12.5 oz. bottle
