Blackduck’s twist on the classic health tonic, “Fire Cider”

We start with our classic pear vinegar and add farm grown horseradish, onions, cayenne peppers, garlic and honey. We toss in a bit of local grown ginger and let sit and rest. We strain the infusion and bottle.   Healthy and delicious!    12.5 oz. bottle
